Winter Special - $850 for six month lease (Includes All Utilities)
********* This one room guest house is set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on Santa Fe's near-north side. It's a short
stroll (1/2 mile) to the Santa Fe Plaza and all of downtown's historical sites, restaurants, shops and galleries. Also
nearby, there is a public recreation center with an indoor lap pool, workout facilities, classes, jogging/walking paths and
tennis courts. The guest house sleeps a maximum of two on a firm queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave oven, full size refrigerator, toaster, and coffee pot. There is a 3/4 bathroom (shower) and an outdoor patio. This detached guest house has a small yard and off street parking. Rates: $50 Cleaning Fee added to all stays *Includes all basic utilities, plus: High Speed Internet Connection, Telephone with Unlimited Domestic Long Distance, Cable TV and AC in Summer Months. Four Week minimum stay.
